Our
Head Chef and his team produce superlative menus offering the
very best in traditional fare. We serve English bacon from a
Yorkshire butcher who breeds his own pigs, free range eggs,
probably the best cheese board in the area (with English hand
made cheeses), fresh orange juice, local honey and homemade
marmalade. Only fresh fish and vegetables from the very best
suppliers are prepared in our kitchen - where the expression
'home made' really means something special.
The
wine cellar is a speciality of Redcoats, with a world
wide selection of wines chosen to complement the food.
